About the Role

Business Development Consultant


As a business development consultant in Cynergy, you’ll be responsible for -

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities through sales activities. 

  • Build client portfolio to contribute positively to revenue and business growth and team expansion.

Besides managing your client portfolio, you’ll need to perform market mapping to identify and connect with key clients to ensure continuous growth & development of our technology recruitment business. 


You’ll get to

  • formulate  a business development plan that’ll support the achievement of personal  sales targets.

  • initiate a range of business development and sales & marketing activities to expand our business portfolio.

  • develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the company.

  • independently identify and pitch to new clients & contacts 



skills and experience

  • University degree or higher education discipline

  • A minimum of 1.5-2 years IT sales experience. Technology Recruitment sales is highly preferred.

  • Must consistently meet individual targets

  • Exceptional at creating opportunities and influencing outcomes

  • Commercially and digitally-savvy

  • Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
